We provide professional-grade studio rental services in downtown Seattle. We have successfully hosted projects from fashion, products, stock, portraits, to music and videos. We have also been a destination for acting masterclasses, casting and artistic collaborative gathering.

We are committed to the creative community and host monthly First Thursday ArtWalk. We are one of the few studios listed on the official ArtWalk guide (listed as Blankspace Studio, our former self).
We also pay it forward and provide special programs for students from multiple institutions. If you are a student, please ask and inquire.
